"Checked in 02/15 about 6pm, the front desk clerk was very professional and extremely polite. Checked out early 02/16 about 9am due to outage, again gentleman at front desk was also very friendly and professional. Common areas and some parts of the room were not as clean (and commode chain kept detaching). However, overall it wasn’t a bad stay."

"The beds were terrible. me and my wife were sore and couldn't sleep comfortably during our stay. Our room was on the front side and the traffic noise was terrible! I left something in my room and called back shortly after signing out to see if it had been turn in, no help. Called the next day and spoke to the manager and he had no idea what I was calling about. He said he would investigate and I am still waiting. The item was a book but I wonder had it been my wallet or wife's purse, would I...

"I liked the property overall except you can hear people walking over your room. I did tell the staff there but there is nothing they can do because it is a construction problem. The person that checked me in did want to put me in a room away from others but I needed a room near the elevator."
