"This is our 4th time staying there. It is comfortable, great shower and can find a variety of food or walk around the corner to a La Torre Market with a great variety. We also use their shuttle service, however they were entirely booked so we had to take an uber. "

"We loved the warm pool and the hot tub above all, as well as the massive gym with lots of equipment, bikes, treadmills and more. Our room was clean for the most part and the beds were so comfortable, we slept like logs. Great location that was walkable to many restaurants and shops around town."

"We live in Guatemala City and were looking for a weekend "Staycation" with a pool in Zona 10 for a sunny weekend. The Biltmore has access to the Camino Real pool at a much more reasonable rate despite the "pool charge". The hotel was much more than a pleasant surprise. It was modern, clean and service from front desk was GREAT"
