"We got in very late, this was a stop along our road trip, the staff was kind when we checked-in. The following morning we enjoyed a little breakfast before getting in the road. Our room had a combined smell of cleaner and possibly smoke but it subsided after a half hour or so."

"The air conditioner had a very musty odor indicating a need to check the air filter. Cleaning staff is falling short. Floor in bathroom and furniture tops had a film of sorts indicating use of a dirty mop and dirty rag for cleaning. Given this is a brand new property, management needs to get on top of this. Asked for a receipt upon check out and was told Expedia would send one since I booked it there. Can provide a receipt? What? "

"I liked the aesthetic of the room with the led lights and the shower but other than that it was the smallest hotel room that I’ve stayed in and also since there was no real door between the bathroom and room ( it is separated by a barn door) the smells were able to seep through and also there the shades on the window let no light in and couldn’t be let up due to people being able to see straight into the room. Also there was no breakfast and no microwave in the room also I didn’t know where to...
