Zimmernummer war sehr kurz auf dem Bildschirm sichtbar, ist aber auch auf dem Beleg vorhanden, der nach dem Self Check-In per E-mail gesendet wurde. Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Nachttische neben dem Bett wären geeignet. Kommunikation mit dem Team per E-Mail sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft für Kurzaufenthalte."

"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. "We only spent the one night here but this would be perfect place for a longer stay. It has everything you you want. Don’t get me wrong it’s still good for a single nights stay. It is spacious, very comfortable furnishings and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and The Falls. We were greeted by the owner on arrival who was full of local information and willingness to help. We would definitely stay here again. "
