The guards at the reception area told us na marami na na scam dito sa Hotel.com. We tried to contact the number provided and customer service # na non existent. Kahit email wala sumasagot. "

"It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasn’t that bad."

Twice during my week stay I arrive in the afternoon with my bed and bathroom looking the same when I left in the morning. "I booked this hotel on 8/24 for their Premium room for a family of six. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they dis not receive the information from Expedia and that the Premium room is not available and we were instead given a deluxe room. "Bed was covered with very old fitted sheet, no flat sheet; pillows hard as rock; gave us a very Worn out blankets; very worn out towels ( white towels looks like beige!), draperies lots of holes, No 110 outlet to hooked my phone, no hot water, no toilet paper, dirty bathroom floor, white bucket with cup in the bathroom ( you have to boil water to have a warm shower) Water dispenser available but the spikes was broken.
