"This a safe and clean hotel. Other guests were friendly. Loved the accepted pets. CUSTOMER SERVICE is AMAZING!!! As well as, accommodating. Only complaints are ice machine has not worked entire stay (at least month) and the bed does not have center slats so bed sank in middle. If you sat on edge you would roll to center. 4 complaints made!"

"The friendliest, most professional staff I have encountered in a long time. The facility was clean (despite our arrival during a snow storm); the room was nicely appointed; the complimentary breakfast was artfully arranged and plentiful. A very relaxing three days' stay."

"I love the Microtel. The area outside is a little iffy but the hotel itself is great for the price. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request for a room on the first floor. Breakfast was delicious. This was my 3rd stay and I’ll definitely stay again "

"I cannot say enough about this hotel. Everybody as far as the staff is very polite very warm very welcoming like you’re coming home. The rooms are very clean. Some of the appliances could be updated. The fridge is pretty beat up. But other than that, it’s a great place"
