"Staying at this property feels like stepping back into the 1800s. I've never seen so much wood and the decor is really nice. very very friendly staff and though it is a bit rough to get to it is worth the drive. I would stay here again in an instant. I will make one note that you should expect spotty internet, but everything else was completely excellent and absolutely worth a second trip!"

"We stayed while walking the Great Glen Way. It is a mile from the route. We had a great dinner at the Eagle Barge Inn before going to hostel. Very small room with bunk bed and shared bathroom. Have to rent towels. End of season so no breakfast, but a kitchen was available to use. We walked to the Well of Seven Heads coffee shop for breakfast. "

"We missed the turning as postcode didnt take us to the Bothie direct, but as soon as we saw the Laggan Lock sign right by the bus stop we never missed it. The place was easy to get the keys with the key code. The room its self was not like you see in the photos, which looks all cute and colourful.... and also not much room. It is a nice bungalow with a lovely view in a quiet setting. It was raining and cold, but the radiant heat was set low and it took overnight to be warm enough to be comfortable.
