"This is my first time using the Pacific Bay Grand Suites desk at this building and my second time staying in the building. The property is well situated about a minute walk from Robinson Mall. "The room was not cleaned, unless we asked the young man in charge, and after paying him cash. There was no toilet paper, the breakfast had a long list of choices but couldn't provide. They would go to a nearby street food vendor and bring us something with always rice in it. It's strange for us to eat rice for breakfast. The location is in a very populated dirty area where you have to be very attentive not to fall in an open sewerage well. The smell is terrible. I don't recommend this hotel...
