"No hot water! Never saw staff on site until I left on Friday morning. Staff did not understand any english. Immediate area was creepy and industrial. Wifi was acceptable. Strange room / had a metal stair case between 2 small areas. NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!!!!! "

"U arrived after hours but they sent me a very clear guide via email and it was easy to follow. It’s one thing to give clear instructions but the instructions, cards, passcodes worked and that’s a big deal. The room was spotless and seemed new, so it was very pleasant. When I did see staff, they were super friendly, my room was cleaned well as well while I was out, I was able to speak English to staff who spoke A+ English and able to get tips on how to catch the bus back to the airport. "I will preface this by saying this is only the second time I have stayed at a hostel I stayed in a private room with a shared bathroom Overall, the stay was great! My bed was spacious and I had a great AC unit! When I stayed in Prague, my aparthotel lacked an AC and it was an experience! The only thing about the room was that it could have done with a lock of paint - lots of marks on the walls. Sharing a bathroom was no bother. For private guests, there are two toilets and two shower rooms...
