"All areas was clean although outdated in bathroom etc.. Staff friendly. The suite was large and the cleaning staff cleaned the room well. "

"I want to give it 5 stars but the room smelled like a dog and/or Fritos upon arrival. The staff stated they had just had their carpets cleaned so someone came to spray the carpet. The front desk worker was really snappy but covered it with a smile. I was tired so I didn’t make a big deal about her character I just wanted the room to smell better for the day/night I was staying. Very close to the cruise ports and eatery. "

"Stayed on floor 3 and could hear every move the person on floor 4 (same room location) did. Floors are thin. Room was clean. New building so that is nice. They allow pets but no barking dogs ever woke me. Doors slamming shut however.... very loud doors closing. "

"Was only there for one night but it was quiet and I slept good. The only thing that took me by surprise was the $100 deposit and $15 pet deposit. I wasn't prepared for that and you should include it in the reservation. That way it's done. My apologies to the deask clerk as I was short with her and shouldn't have been. I was tired but that's no excuse. Other than that, my stay was fine. "
