"The staff was awesome!! The room had an odor when we first went in. Went to cook breakfast and the utensils were filthy!!! The forks and dishes had all sorts of food stains on them. The floors needed to be swept. Too many people just hanging around.the building is in need of some inside repairs the elevator is HORRIBLE IT TAKES DO LONG TO GET FROM FLOOR TO FLOOR "

"Great value for the price. When I woke up at 6:00 I got in the shower and water was cold. I let it run for 10 minutes and it didn’t get any hotter. I called the desk and described my issue and the response was this person repeating “ELO” over and over. 10 minutes later the water got warm enough to take a cold cold shower. The bed sheets and pillow cases were clean as was the room. There was one big wood roach hanging on the wall but he didn’t bother me. "
