"The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. I have never sent out my laundry at a hotel before and was a bit skeptical, but I got it back the same day in excellent condition. There is a very good Thai restaurant onsite, and fortunately for me, it was just a few steps away from my room. I could sit there, or take back (or have sent back) a drink or bite to my room. "The employees are unique in that they are alert to their duties. Management, however, was incapable of distinguishing customers who had paid for breakfast as part of the package. "Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Was welcomed immediately by very helpful staff on check in. Requested for a towel and room service which was promptly attended to. Only issue I could spot was that the shower was scalding hot . Booked a transfer with helpful receptionist lady to the airport next morning. Cost N4000 but you do get called once driver arrives and assistance with your luggage . Next time will use the pool ."
