"The staff were super friendly and the hotel rooms were basic but very clean. The cleaning staff do an amazing job! They served a continental breakfast which was a nice way to start the day. The hotel is located half a block from Roma Termini station which is convenient for train travel but in a little “rough around the edges” area. But if you go two streets down you have incredible restaurants, gift shops and bakeries. I would happily stay here again. "

"This place was a hearty upgrade from the backpackers I'd stayed in for the prior 3 nights. If you know what you're getting into before arriving, this place is fantastic. Sure, it's dated and not a traditional 'tourist hotel' - but it's surrounded by an authentic Rome experience, some great dinner spots and touristy sights. If you can catch a bus, this place has pretty direct lines to more central areas, and the lady at reception is awesome! I would bring a first-timer to Rome here so they...

"The hotel was convenient and the air conditioner was good, but the shower area was disturbing. The shower head was very dirty. I did not feel very clean after showering there."

"This is a very convenient location directly across from Termini train station. With that said, it is noisy and busy. Property was well maintained for its age, the only minus was that the air conditioner in the room does not work, it must be controlled centrally I guess, and it was 96 the day I arrived. So, as you can imagine, it was not cool, but warm in the room, probably around the low 80s. It did cool down at night, enough to open the very large window, which made sleeping possible. However,...

"Overall I like the hotel, and would stay again. Very friendly service! Nice cappuccinos and croissants at breakfast (but no other choices really). We had problems with the elevator on arrival day, but OK after that. They let us check in early because our room has just been cleaned, which is so nice! Air conditioning was there, but could be better, as well as the water pressure in the shower. We had a family room and the mattress was fine on the queen bed, but the two twins had a thin mattress....

"Nice place and I would stay again with maybe an interior room as this is a very busy corner. The only other thing I would ask for is better toilet paper. The gentleman who checked us in and out was kind and helpful and was very good at it."
