"Don’t take my rankings for this hotel meaning it is bad. But we have been in Germany for over two weeks and have stayed at 6 other hotels, and this was the one that just didn’t meet the same standards. It is in a great area and the room was pretty clean, but they do need a good amount of maintenance. "Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. Got one. Had to ask for a second. Had to ask for coffee again. Had to ask for knives (which were not available anywhere). After 20 min...

"Hotel is really good for a business stay. They have a strange policy on Breakfast delivery, all to the room because of corona which is fine, but you must specify a window of time. I don't mind that but both mine and my colleagues were late, both days. If you're ordering order earlier is the moral of the story. Otherwise good hotel. "

"Hotel has a great location and view of the Rhine. Parking was not easy as the hotel only has about ten spots. The man at the front desk told us we could park across the lot in another business's lot for $10.00 cash a day which seemed kind of strange. He said he gives the cash to the other business. We did it and it worked out fine."
