It's a little way out of the centre but the underground station is nearby and the neighbourhood feels safe. The Internet is slow at times. We would happily stay here again should we return to Vienna. "The corridor was narrow and the air was extremely hot. There was no cooling system in the room and we had to open the window. There was a lot of noise outside and insects entered our room. They didn't leave any shampoo for us in the bathroom and we had to buy shampoo. "

"The staff was good. In the washroom, there is no shampoo. The wifi connection was not good. There was no recharge point for Canadian mobiles and laptops. Because of this, we could not use our mobiles. At least they should have an adaptor in the future. "

"The hotel location is not a good and safe area. It is very difficult to find parking. There is no AC. Kitchen is small. Not enough amenity provided. We have to save the toilet paper for three night stay. One bedroom is extremely small. It is barely fit one double bed. Not space beside the bed."

"This building is in an industrial section. The air conditioning in the little box room was not working and even though it was promised to be fixed before evenibg it was not. There are steel shutters to keep it safe and the light out but meant there is no airflow with thw window open. The door was super heavy and secure. There is no reception, no food nearby and the beds were super soft with poor foam on top to try and rescue them. We stayed one night and found a new hotel for our next night,...
