"This is a really beautiful hotel but i would not say that it is 5 star. The room was spacious & beautiful but the bathroom had a tub/show but no curtain or glass so every time you took a shower the floor was soaking wet. Maid service was very diligent & quick for the most part, they have a pillow menu but don't actually have the pillows when you order them & never delivered anything as an alternative. "In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. "Das Zimmer bot fast alles was wichtig ist. Bei diesen hohen Temperaturen (über 30 Grad ) wäre vielleicht ein Ventilator nicht schlecht gewesen. Das Fenster ließ sich zwar öffnen, aber bei diesen Temperaturen nicht wirklich hilfreich. Vielleicht wäre auch eine Klimaanlage vernünftig. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt sehr gut."
