"Good twin room which was very spacious. Good facilities including tea and coffee. Very good value for money. Right in centre of Spalding so walkable to all shops and other bars and eateries. The only negatives for me were the room was quite hot but the window couldn’t be opened and the bed was a bit in the hard side for me - but that’s down to my personal choice. Otherwise all good."

"Really enjoyed our stay thank you. Pleasant welcome from the staff and good facilities. Lovely clean guest house and room. In a great location for the town too. Minor downside is lack of parking (but there are side streets and car parks nearby - it just took us a little while to find one late on a Friday evening). And no glasses/water in the room which would usually expect in a hotel/guest house. We knew breakfast wasn't included so can't complain about that, but the option of £17.99 in the...
