"They were in the middle of doing renovations in the lobby area so when we arrived there were workers present and things like that around. There was no noise to be heard (beyond a lot of activity coming and going from the room across from us, but that is not the hotel's fault). We were very happy with our stay as we have stayed here before and will in the future. "

"Everything was great, clean newly renovated rooms, friendly staff and quiet. It's also close to shopping, restaurants and Chattanooga and surrounding attractions plus the Airport is close. "

"the lovely lady at the front desk was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! i hate i can’t remember her name! my son left his switch in the lobby and she got it and put it in the safe for safe keeping. there was a mix up of where if was when we went to leave but her and her manager went above and beyond to find it and ship it OVERNIGHT back to us!! the hotel itself was super clean. the breakfast was always wonderful and everyone was super friendly! will most definitely be back! "
