"This was our first stay here and we stayed for two nights for the New Years holiday. We are a disabled couple with one of us in a wheelchair and both of us vision impaired. We had a great check in experience, the front desk person helped us find our room and helped us with our luggage. We booked the handicapped accessible room with the roll in shower. "This location has a clean, working pool and hot tub. The bed was super comfy and the fridge was nice and cold. The best part, though, was the staff and the way they take the extra effort to offer welcoming treats in your room. The spacious lobby offered a fun hot cocoa station, as well as a pet shelf with treats and local pet info. 10 min from Outlets "

"The hotel is great and quiet. Our hotel shower had a bit of mold and the bathroom door does not lock from the outside; however, for a night or two it’ll do! "

"We stay here often when visiting family, so it's a familiar spot. I was recently disappointed though when they switched from total free wi-fi to requiring membership in their frequent stay program to get complementary wi-fi. It's true that there is no financial cost to join their frequent stay program, but you must provide personal data. In this age where personal data has value, I do not consider this "free wifi"."
