"Nice simple and modern. Great customer service. Check in and out was simple and quick. Unfortunately pool wasnt open but guests where advised the Best Western across the way was allowing their guests to show room cards to be able to use the pool their facility. Clean rooms but no laundry amenities available. Had a great stay. But whiling using the side door my wife notcied the levels on the walk way were not defined and walking thru at night time could create an emergency for another guest....

"The first night, I had a great stay. The second night, the people above me had a child or someone constantly running the entire length of their room. The third night, the furnace had given off an odd smell. These occurrances lasted of course the rest of my 1 week stay. Apart from these annoying things, I would say this hotel is in a nice centralized location, and was very clean. The breakfast was good, although I think that the cook staff should wear hair nets. I had found a hair in my food one...

"The location was good for a family event in Walpole, NH. There was difficulty is getting into the room since the code was in correct. the problem was resolved with 15 minutes and the code was reset. We waited in the downstairs Living Room which was confortable. The room was cozy and clean. "
