"My only issue is pillows, towelsl qty. A double room should definitely have 4 towels. I always have to seek out that one extra towel. Pillows have seen better days. I know they got a shipment in the summer. I saw it with my own eyes, but I think each room got one new pillow. Not a huge deal. "

"When I checked in for some reason Expedia had me for an accessible room, Which I did not select when I made my reservation. When I got there at 9:00 I was told there was no accessible room for me available. Can you imagine if I needed one and they had given it away. I tried to ell the check in person, but he was too busy on his phone to listen. Then he have me two beds in a room. Then he told me my card was declined, which I knew it was not possible.
