"The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to Phoenix Ski Resort. The owner and the staff are very nice and kind. They always offered local snacks and other services to us. The apartment is clean and equipped with a kitchen and necessary kitchenware (i.e. rice cooker, microwave, kettle, pans, pots, dishes, spoons, folks etc.). The hospitality at this hotel is 10 out of 10, especially, care and kindness of the staff."

"가는 길이 외길로 한참 올라가는 길이었는데 밤에 도착을 해서 조금 놀랐습니다. 숙소도 조금 오래되어 보이구요. 그런데 산속에 있어서인지 정겹기도 하고 오붓하기도 한 그런 곳이었네요. 냉장고의 냉동기능이 잘 되지 않아서 물을 얼리고 싶었는데 그게 좀 아쉬웠어요."

"친절함은 정말 최고입니다만, 예약 접수부터 관리까지가 좀 부실하네요. 특히 숙소 관리에 세심한 주의가 필요할 듯합니다. 태기산 아래에 있어 여름철에는 시원하겠지만, 겨울에는 무척 춥지 않을까 싶습니다. 봉평 메밀밭 관광길에 들러서 1박 하였는데, 숙소의 청결도가 낮았습니다. 와이파이 공유기가 없어 요청하였더니 즉시 설치해 주셨습니다. 불편사항은 즉시즉시 조치해 주시는 친절하셨는데, 단체로 오시는 다중 고객 위주로 서비스를 진행하다보니 개인, 소가족 단위 방문객에 대한 서빙이 부족해 보입니다. "

"펜션 시설은 노후 상태이고, 비교적 관리가 잘 이루어지지 않는 것 같습니다. 안내 건물은 폐허상태(유치권행사)이고, 현재 운영관리하시는분은 친절하긴 하나, 처음에 연락이 이루어지지 않아 외부에서 2시간가량 대기하면서 상황파악하느라 고생했음. (익스피디아측에서 컴플레인 대응에 대해서는 만족합니다. 최대한 소비자 입장에서 대응을 해주셔서 향후 익스드피디아에 대한 신뢰에는 변함이 없을것 같습니다.) "

"사장님/스텝분이 너무 친절하셔서 기분이 좋은 밤이었습니다 :) 웰컴 과자와 쪽지가 너무 기분이 좋았구요~ 4명이서 묵었는데 이불도 넉넉히 주시고 정말 좋았습니다. 나무로된 벽과 천장이 별장에 온 느낌이었어요~ 다음날 퇴실이 조금 늦어졌는데 웃으며 이해해 주셨고 갈 때 메밀차를 테이크아웃 컵에 담아주셔서 추운날인데도 따뜻하게 갈 수 있었습니다. 친절한 스텝분들 때문에 좋은 추억이 되었습니다."
