To replace the toilet with a tall handicap style toilet, toilet, and make sure that it was fastened well on the floor. Also provide a new mattress for the main floor bed Really hate to say anything about it because it was so lovely. Enjoy the peaceful. Thank you for providing this opportunity."

"Great property, extremely large yard and quiet neighborhood. Close to town and stores.The house was great and the host thought of everything. Little things like paw wipes for our dog, a coffee and tea bar, and extra necessities if you forgot anything. The main bathroom appears to be recently redone with a modern appearance and 4 bedrooms with a living room and den made for ample space. The host was communicative and we had no issues. "Recently relocated to this town to manage a store close to this motel. Staying here while I find a permanent residence; the manager has been accommodating, understanding and helpful. Mostly quiet, not too crowded or crazy. Very affordable as well. "

"My girlfriend & I were able to getaway for some R&R. Our old stomping grounds 46 years ago. Bob is an AMAZING person and host. Communication could not have been any better. He was responsive every single time I contacted him. The cabin is absolutely stunning, cozy, clean, inviting and the tin roof was soothing to the soul with all the rain we had - a blessing. "The room was discusting. It had human fecal matter and blood on wall in bathroom, a used lubricated condom in the nightstand drawer, the refrigerator was a solid block of ice, only one receptacle worked in the room, the furniture was so badly stained you were afraid to sit on it. The toilet didn't work properly, the recptacle in bathroom did not work neither did their hairdryer. The room was overall filthy and can not believe you would even put them on your website. Guess I will not be using...
