"Staff very helpful when we entered a non smoking room and it smelled very badly of smoke. Hotel sold out unable To accommodate a room change. She did come up to check room and sprayed neutralizer to help with the smoking smell."

"So clean and comfortable! Love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. Rooms were modern and even had a magnification mirror! Slept so well here, will definitely stay again when passing through Wichita Falls! Also a great breakfast place within a short walk from hotel. Loved it!"

"It's not a bad hotel, the rooms are just a little dated- the hotel is older. For a quick one night stay, its great and one of the only hotels I found that accommodate dogs over 25 lbs. "
