"Was wonderful, was on second floor still had nice view of the lake. You Can literally walk right out to broadway. So convenient. When we were done walking around we just walked right up to the hotel and was in our room in just minutes. Clean rooms and friendly staff , and good free breakfast. We Would stay here again for sure . "

"Super nice place in a small quaint town.The hotel is super elegant, romantic and bouchy from the moment you enter the lobby. The arched ceiling, incredible wallpaper, elegant furniture and fun lighting elements. The bar is beautiful and the restaurant small and cozy. The food at the Independent is amazing and well as the wait staff, especially "Hunter". However, there were a few misses as far as the front desk not directing where the elevator is located or the ice machines. The rooms are...

"I didn’t feel unsafe and the cleanliness of the room was great! The service at the front desk was very helpful when I needed to replace my dead room key. In a good location. Only negative is the floors aren’t sound proof so could hear the person above my room! "

"Wow! This place is gorgeous. We loved the artwork in the lobby. Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only thing I would change is the train that goes through town blowing its horn. I would stay again and bring ear plugs. "

"My overall experience was good. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. We did have an issue with our tub being clogged, however, they changed our room. After that, all was well. I would’ve rated it excellent had we not had the plumbing issue. I would definitely stay again."
