"The hotel is visibly old and could do with a refurbishment. The room was spacious but primitive. The restaurant is recently overtaken by two younger chefs and is excellent. The hotel and restaurant are seperate businesses. The hotel staff was kind but forgetful. My partner is intolerant to Gluten but despite having called in advance and been reassured that glutenfree bread was available, it was still forgotten twice at breakfast and long waiting as consequence. "The owner did everything. He was the best traditional innkeeper I have ever encountered. He was very helpful with checking ferry times etc for us. My wife was looking for a nativity and he put us in contact with shopkeepers who might be able to help. The building itself had lots of character and history. Breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable with a midern clean bathroom."

Der boede mange gæster på en helt almindelig hverdagsaften, så køkkenet var fyldt op med mad og mennesker, men der var en god stemning. Kl 21 var der helt stille. "I made a booking through hotels.com. I then received check in instructions from Dancenter, which is a holiday agent in Denmark. As the booking was done through hotels.com I expected the stay to be fully paid, but when arriving at the property it was clear that on top of the hotels.com price I had to pay for electricity, water and heating. This was not explained on hotels.com. Arriving at the property I discovered that there was no bedding, so I had to go to the local supermarket and buy bedding....
