"Hotel room with loft was perfect for my family of four. First night was great. Next morning trouble started. None of the outlet plugs, tv or phone was working. Notified front desk at 11am. Said we would be out for the day. And they said a technician would come fix we'll we were gone. They never came. We arrived back to hotel at 6pm. All day to fix problem. I asked to switch rooms. "The place, in Busan, is amazingly clean compared to other hostels in been to in Seoul, Tokyo, Osaka. The bathroom facility fixtures are a bit old but not screaming need to be replaced. Minor issues: no hooks or shelf to hang/place anything. Rubber bath perforated sandals sucks water from the floor into your foot bottom, defeating the purpose of isolating your feet from the bath floor. It's a common problem in many other hostels as well. So bring your own sandals. "
