"The address doesn't show on the Naver map but we were able to find the hotel using Google. It is behind the Lotte Mall and it has two convenience stores nearby (7/11 and GS). The room was a fair size with a balcony looking out partially to the port and the city as well as a window facing the Busan tower. It was as nice looking as the picture on Expedia and it had a hair dryer, a TV, a fridge with 3 complimentary water bottles and a kettle. However, the two cups provided were dirty so we didn't...

"We had a family trip this time bit there’s not enough towels(No shower towels) and there’s bad smell when I enter the room. Lobby areas are clean and nice and easy to access beach(No swimming allowed). We doesn’t have enough time to enjoy all other facility this time. One last thing, there’s very nice sunrise spot on the mountain in front of the resort. "

It is only a 2 minute walk to Jagalchi Station, and only three subway stations away from Busan Station so it was so easy to get anywhere in Busan and from the KTX station! "Although this hotel was impossible to find on Google maps it is very nice inside. The hotel is connected to another hotel H hotel I believe and they were so much more helpful than mine. Should have booked with them. There is no one to help check in, they sent me a code for my room but after the first day the code changed and no one would reply to my message. "Hotel has a fairly modern design and was situated just outside the main areas. Was situated uphill so took estimated 10-15 mins to the subway station. Room design was nice and simple and the toilet and shower area was separated which is really nice. Basic amenities are provided and there are daily housekeeping. For the price, I think it’s a pretty good deal. Minus points are the uphill location and the cleanliness can be improved. Please add hooks to the bathroom. "

"The hotel is so messed up. I never imagine such a hotel could be found in Korea. It's so unkempt, no provision of the usual things like batting soap, body cream, toothpaste, etc. The bed sheets were so dirty and unwashed. Dirty colored towel. My spouse had a quarrel with me for making such a booking. I regretted my stay there. It's a complete disregard to customers. Complete insensitivity by the management "
