"The room was very sparse with no visible style or decoration to speak of, but the essentials were all good: comfortable bed, working toilet and shower, working heating. Poor things included: no water from the bathroom sink on the cold side, poorly painted walls, thermostat was confusing to use. If we had to stay more than 1 night, we would have chosen a different place. The price was very good, but you get what you pay for in this case."

"Check-In girl was nice. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and water was nice and hot. We were disappointed when we came down for a hot breakfast and there wasn’t anything hot available. Guess since there weren’t too many guests there last night they weren’t cooking anything hot."

"Had a positive stay at the Comfort Inn Grand Rapids Airport. The staff was helpful and offered me a new room when the heater in the original one wasn’t working. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I also really liked the vending machines—they had a great variety of options. Overall 4/5 stars."
