"This Hotel has had an interesting history on the cape, owned by manny different companies in the past and WAS known for being the hookup spot and the buy spot. Now this has all changed, the current owners are trying to turn this place around and they are doing an excellent job of it. There is some obvious evidence of remodeling going on the out side, but I never heard anything during the day or night. My room was comfortable and clean but they might need to check the vacuum or get it cleaned....

They have numerous recommendations across the entire Cape area for everything from food to shopping to activities. They know all about all the events going on, are super friendly and very helpful. "Beautiful location right on the beach. This is where the river meets the ocean so it is a great place to observe seabirds and fresh water birds too. The view from our balcony was awesome and the boardwalk was the perfect place to enjoy the sunset. We had the pool and hot tub to ourself. We rebooked for a spring visit. "
