"The check in was little bit slow, after we received the keys it seemed like they were disactived, we came back to tje front office and they reactivated for us. After that we enjoyed our stay . The rooms eere clean and we got clran towels amd the trash taken out every day. The environment was quiet and relaxing . Ovrrall nice stay, for sure we are coming back to to Victoria Palms in!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. The full breakfast was delicious. Just two complaints. The pool was dirty, they said it had been cleaned in the morning but I honestly don’t think it was and the treadmill was unable to be walked on. The gym needs all equipment replaced. We rented there to use both the pool and gym and were able so very disappointed about that. Other than that everything was excellent. "

"The entire staff from the front desk, food service, and housekeeping were very friendly. They made me feel very welcome and the atmosphere was perfect. The breakfasts and afternoon snacks were delicious. The tamales were super good! I will stay here again! The location was perfect for what I needed to get around Brownsville."
