"They charged us $5 per day for parking which was never the case in the past. We feel this was not fair since we did not know about these charges beforehand. We would like a refund. "

"Nice Hotel Great breakfast and coffee. BUT!! The swimming pool was an ice bath. My children were looking forward to having some fun. Unfortunately that didnt last long. Very close to shops and food. Would stay again. Just bring a wet suit."

"I did a review before about the tubs and toilet neede to be restained and new toilets in the rooms i have visited the property since the last review and seen that quite a few of the rooms has been redone looks way better i would give it a 4 star but needs a little more work i travel and im here often dew to my job but definelty have seen some changes thank you"

"We stayed in a 2 queen bed suite room and it was wonderful; comfortable beds; clean room/bathroom, and free hot breakfast daily; will definitely stay again; "

"I was surprised at the crumbs and hairs found in the bathroom and desk area. Staff great. Appreciated guest laundry. Since few guests when i was there it was quiet for sleeping. The shower was the weirdest shower i have ever seen. Several dials and zero labels or icons. And as you step out of the shower, you step on a doorstop attached to the floor. Bed comfy. Alarm clock casts shadows. Breakfast good but missed the yogurt found at most hotel breakfasts."

"My only complaint would be with the bathroom area appearing a bit plain and rough. Otherwise an enjoyable experience staying overnight. "

"The hotel was fine and the breakfast was great and the staff on all levels was wonderful. The only reason we deducted a star was there was serious construction on the main floor that we weren’t alerted of so we were walking through a construction site to and from our rooms and the pool. Also, the heater in the hot tub was broken. However, the rooms were great and the staff was very thoughtful and efficient. There’s also a Ruby Tuedays next door that made for a good dinner option. "
