"Very clean and comfortable beds which is most important to me. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. Eggs were too greasy and there were very limited options compared to other pplaces I've stayed at. Great coffee though. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"The rooms are clean and check-in process was easy, however I am rating 4/5 stars because of overall quality of customer service. A keycard is required to check-in upon arrival, and we had to wait outside for about 10 minutes because there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to let us in. We arrived around 3pm, which is check in time. If you have a late flight, they are likely not able to hold your luggages for you after you check out. "

"Good, new hotel about 7 minutes from the Stockyards. Very clean, cool decor. Good little shop in the lobby for snacks, coffee, etc. Parking was great and safe, could get right next to the entry door. The whole neighborhood had new, upscale condos next to it, so for a close to downtown stay, it felt much safer. Check in was less than 5 minutes. "
