"I had a really great stay in this hotel. Even if the lady could not speak English and I have very limited Korean, check in was easy. The room is clean and there is always water freely available. Keep in mind that it is quite far from downtown. There is only one bus every 2 hours. For the price, I had a great stay! I recommend it, there is also a restaurant."

"Had a fantastic stay at The Mumum! Very clean and well kept property conveniently located close to all of the sites in the Jeonju Hanok Village. The host and hostess were so kind and helpful. A very large and delcious breakfast of fruit, rice cakes and rice was brought to our room each morning. The hostess was ever helpful - showing us directions, calling taxis for us, and even gave us a bag of oranges and chestnuts to snack on the day we went to Naejangsan. "The front desk staff really went above and beyond to make my stay special, and we're so extremely friendly, considerate, and always cheerful. I've been in Korea for 6 weeks, in 5 different cities with stays in 11 different places, and the staff at the Hotel Wooyeon Flora are the absolute best customer service team I've encountered here. "It’s a great hotel for what it is. I struggled up the stairs with our heavy luggage, since there isn’t an elevator, and it would’ve been nice to have a TV as well. But this hotel is no frills. It’s simple, has all the necessities and the front desk staff are friendly. The hotel is clean, easily walkable to the Hanok Village as well as Nambu Market so the location was the reason why I booked it. "
