"Room was very basic and quite small. It felt very cold and the walls are very thin. There was black mould on some of the bathroom tiles and the sink had a crack in it. More of a motel than a hotel. Restaurant had very limited choice on the menu. Breakfast tables rarely made up. No hot food. Wifi was very good. Staff were friendly and plenty of parking outside. Not the best place I have stayed in but relatively cheap."

"Good value for the price we paid. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Le Havre, and close to an Aldi. Property typical 2 star - could do with a makeover, but didn’t affect our stay. Adequate car parking. The hotel and rooms were clean, but could do with better towels, as ours were a bit on the small side and getting old. Water in the bathroom always hot for showers. "Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. The photos of the hotel do not describe the property correctly. While you can see the hotel building on the photos, our room was in some low rise (1 floor) building which you enter from the outside. The bathroom was renovated except for the floor tiles which have seen better days (the same tiles were in the room as well). The room had such a strong chemical smell that was there to probably mask some other smell, which unfortunately was still coming...

"Please note the town shuts down at 8 PM. They close the hotel and do NOT wait for you to check in. Fortunately a much nicer hotel was down by the actual beach and accommodated us. It worked out bc it was a far superior hotel and not much more money compared to the new Windsor. Stay somewhere else but def visit Etretat. "

"I wish I would have had a better review before I decided on this hotel. Lots of issues with this hotel. Check in is not until 5PM. This alone was enough not to stay there. After a 7 hour flight and 3 hour drive we wanted to freshen up a bit but no possibility. Not even anyone at all at the hotel. No one at front desk, in fact no front desk.
