"was ok for being clean no head board and a big picture in its place was really hard to sit up and watch tv. breakfast was out and good. I was glad not too many people there or would of ran out quick and it was obvious that nobody was working in there. "

"This is the safest place to stay in Colby. Upgrades have been made to this hotel and is nice. Keys now work to the rooms. I would recommend. "

"Room was a little dirty, there is a huge language barrier due to the owners not speaking much english, sheets were a little stained up, the hotel shares a parking lot with a gas station that has a disel pump in back. Over all if you need a cheap quick hotel, stop here. "

"We had a wonderful time in this Queen Anne home. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. They provided a big delicious breakfast. We so enjoyed visiting with them!"

"Was way out of town, extremely run down. Broken down vehicles and 'junk' Everywhere! Not all the power outlets worked. The shower was broken and at one point we had NO WATER at all! The lady working the front office (that stank like dogs) was sweet enough. The compiters didnt work and they asked me what my total was. "
