I never stay overnight in Collingwood living in Mississauga but this time with a ski training early in the morning I decided to depart the day before. "Check-in process took too long and was overly complicated by staff who may not have been trained or was new to position. Conversely, check-out was a breeze and almost instant. The room/bathroom were clean. Stain spots were visible in some places on the bedding. We asked room service for a utensil during the evening hours and they responded quickly. The hotel is conveniently located 7 min. walking distance to the Village. No issues finding parking, which is first come, first serve. Hotel allows...
