The only issues we had were cleanliness of the pool (tons of sand in it) and never saw a pool company come by to clean. I wish the pool was heated. Location is perfect and having the slip right there is amazing. The pool is perfect after a long day of boating. "My hub and I stayed 4 nights in March. Nice furnishings and design. The bed was comfortable for a good night sleep. I enjoyed the community of villas. Many of the renters at the time we were there were mature, returning guests who rent the same villa each year. I found the other guests very friendly and welcoming.
