"Excellent location just one block from Avenida Chapultepec with many many options for restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping. Nice breakfast buffet. Overall, this hotel has one of the friendliest staffs we've ever encountered. Marisol at the front desk is exceptional, very professional yet very friendly and human. "Everything was great until a water main break in the hotel happened and we had no water for showering or flushing toilets. I do feel we could’ve been given a discount for the inconvenience but luckily we checked out that same night. Overall a good and safe place for the family. Would definitely stay again. "
