There were stains on the floor and walls, only one knife one spoke one fork and one teaspoon and the cups, plates hadn’t been washed and were sticky, plus there were no bowls just plates! On the first night I complained about the smell in the flat which didn’t really get sorted and the next morning we had our first showers in the room. "It was all good actually but, just thought the hotel could have cleaned the kettle provided in the room, it was full of scales. I know in the east water isn't good at all, but could have kept the kettle clean. Also, the price of water from vending machine is a rip off! 500ml water for £2.10. Or hotels should provide free tap water. I am not comfortable to use water from bathroom tap for drinking purposes."
