"Hotel was 'tired'. Desk not staffed after hours and only access was via a rear door left unlocked on a 'snip' that other guests closed on one occasion, locking me out! The intercom to reach the out of hours porter was behind a half closed shutter which I had to crawl under to reach the intercom. Even then, the staff answered but didn't come to open the door. "This is an amazing hotel, located at the top of a green mountain in a little village. The views are amazing. I felt like I was in Switzerland. The hotel was great, with a restaurant on site. Very easy to be there with the other 10 or so guests. If you are visiting Conques or the surrounding area, I highly recommend this bed and breakfast."

"Depuis deux ans nous couchons dans cet hôtel, l'acceuil est très convenable. Par contre l'année dernière nous avons coucher dans les chambres hautes de la dépendance, super propre et acceuillante. Cette fois, cela à été dans une chambre basse, et là trop bruyante, des vacanciers qui se croient seules au monde. Que ce soit dans la couloir ou ceux de l'étage que vous entendez marcher.
