"I appreciate the willingness to accommodate us on a first floor room since my husband has some back issues. I was given a second floor room initially and when I requested an exchange Ana made the arrangements very quickly. They certainly know how to keep customers happy. The breakfast was the best of out whole trip! Thanks"

"Not what i expected. Limited amenities. No tissue in room , no breakfast. Could put a couple of bottled waters in room for coffee. Room had slight odor, like urine smell upon arrival. Lysol took care of. Total bill was to be 76.00 but in checking charge from Hotel.com it charged me 79.81, WHY THE EXTRA INCREASE?. "

"The hotel was in a Great location, with an accommodating staff, and very nice and clean rooms. The Continental breakfast was really nice also. "

"Breakfast was outstanding. Beds were comfortable. Air quality in the room we were in was horrible. There was dust (or mildew) in the air conditioner filter. There was water stains on the curtains. "

"Always choose this hotel because it’s really nice, clean spacious rooms full kitchen and the shopping around has so many restaurant options and regular stores. I have stayed her twice already will stay again when I travel back."

"On issue I have is when you pay the deposit for the room, it takes them more than 2 days to refund the money back. No one should have to wait on their money. I checked out Friday morning and here it is Wednesday and I am still waiting. Will have to pay extra for better service."
