"Arlene took my phone call early in the am and greeted when I arrived making sure I got a safe and clean upper floor room. Housekeeping Olivia mad an extra effort to make sure the room was ready. It was friday na di was tired from traveling all Tuesday. From it's location off of I-80 West this hotel may not look like much situated up on a hill away from traffic but the you get inside it is beautifully designed. "Needed a quiet, clean place to stay for one night while traveling. This fit the need. Inn is located right across the street from the American Diner, where we had a full breakfast for a reasonable price. "

"This is a typical side of the road Americana motel. No frills in the room, although they are remodeling. No hair dryer or ironing board, no USB connections for charging modern devices, there was a hole in the shower wall.. the “lobby” is also a deli that sells cold cuts and beer to go. The attached restaraunt was outstanding!! Great food, decent prices,, fun staff. "

"Was fine for a one night travel stay, but don’t think I would choose it again. You can tell they have tried to put the effort in with some updates in the rooms, but it’s the little things matter more sometimes. The super rough sheets, musty smell and no weather seal at all on the primary door, were all concerning for me. The staff was wonderful and made me feel very welcome at both check in and out though. "
