Was jedoch sehr stören war: Trinkgläser nur mit Putzlappen rundherum, oben gereinigt. Fettfinger Abdrücke unten.Echt ecklig!! Dazu war ein Glas gesprungen. Gut habe ich es vorher noch gesehen. Aber ansonsten war alles unkompliziert und okay."

It’s a multi purpose building and the hotel is 2 floors up, it’s done very well and it felt very secure. Just be aware that there is no lift so carrying heavy bags up is a bit of an ordeal. My only little moan is the first photo on Expedia of this hotel is of a beautiful building on a mound, titled “view of the city from hotel”....

Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. "I just want to say how much I appreciate this property. We arrived late but they have a 24/7 hotline on standby for clarifications and guidelines. They are very quick to reply to concerns. The check in was straight forward and easy. The room was very comfortable and super clean. Love the nice touch of adding a nougat on your bed as a welcome touch!
