"Fantastic hotel across the road from the Black Sea. Hotel is beautiful and clean and staff were extremely friendly – especially the man who carried our bags to our room. Our room was spacious and overlooked the water. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. Lovely bar area at the front of the hotel. It is not far from the town centre but you will need to get a taxi or a bus to get there or drive. There is a free carparking in the front of the hotel. The only issue was...

"Very nice hotel, we stayed in specious apartment overlooking the black see and mountain. the breakfast is tasty and has variety of traditional Turkish food, usually offered for breakfast, the location is the best think in this hotel, in the heart of the shopping area of Trabzon City. The staff speak English well and they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for every budy. "

"Great location, great nature and views. However it’s far from the city and attractions and you surely need a car. Service is not super but acceptable. Evening restaurant staff are amazing, especially Mustangs. Hotel is old and need renovation "

"My room was spacious and faced the street. My bed was comfortable, I had plenty of hot water for showers, and the buffet breakfast consisted of several and delicious Turkish dishes. The hotel is also a short walk to the beach."

"Overall, a really great hotel and the location is beautiful. The staff were really friendly, however the room wasn't ready when we arrived an hour after check-in. That would have been fine with us if we were told, but we were sent to our room and a lot of the basic amenities were not ready (water, coffee, hand towels, bath mat, bath towels, toilet paper). "When i first arrived I couldn’t complete the payment because their card machine couldn’t accept revolut payments. I am glad my friend was still next to me and made the payment. Another thing that I didn’t like was that my room was by the road… i am a light sleeper and the first two nights I couldn’t sleep from the traffic noises. Other than that I am pleased with the cleaning service and the nice breakfast. "
