"Stayed here for one night in room 208. The room had a double bed, with a thick mattress which was very soft by Indian standards. There was a desk and chair to work on, although the placement of the bed made having the chair at the desk awkward. There’s Wifi throughout the hotel, so at least guests can do some work. The room had a ceiling fan, which I kept on anytime I was in the room as Gorakhpur was hot by British standards. The blanket was thick. The fan made it comfortable to sleep though....

"Cable was not working for non payment of bills, hot water was not at all available, linen was used one etc.etc.."

"The TV didn't work for 1 night as they hadn't topped up the credit. Air conditioning didn't work for 1 night out of 3 . We booked as we thought it was close to the railway station and it wasn't. It's close to restaurants and shops and in a quiet location."
