"We visit Pensacola every year. We usually bring our camper. This year we decided to rent a place. We were pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness and toiletries provided. The neighbors were respectful and maintained a clean community area. We had no need to contact the owner with any issues as there were none. We would definitely recommend this space as well as book it again. "

"I stayed 3/14-3/17/25 The hotel inside has been updated and very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly. My first night didn’t start off so well. I attempted to shower at 6:00 with no hot water, again at 9:00. After leaving running only had Luke warm/coldish water. I went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I went to the front desk. They were very apologetic and gave me a key for the room across the hall. I said I’m not moving rooms tonight, but will try the shower. No go...
