"I did not like the fax that there was no time of operating hours for the washing room someone was washing clothes at 5:30 am the first morning and the next day they started at 4:00 am, both occurrences lasted about 30---45 min's"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were basic but sufficient and very family friendly. I subtracted one star because the hotel tried to charge me an additional $5/night for parking even though the listing claims they offer free parking. Apparently they stopped offering free parking as of Jan 1 but haven't yet updated their listings to reflect this. They didn't tell me about this ahead of time - I only noticed it when reviewing my bill at checkout."
