"Beautiful hotel with heated indoor pool. Comfortable beds, spacious room. The only downside was that our room temp was 77 degrees! We reported this and were told that nothing could be done. They did offer us a different room which was a few degrees cooler. The staff were approachable and helpful. "

"Stayed here for one night when my son and I were in town for a soccer tournament. Check in was easy. When we got to the room we were a bit shocked to find the thermostat set to 55 degrees on a cold winter day. We adjusted it and the temp came back to a more normal temp after a while. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water in the shower was nice and hot. I appreciate the hard floors since hotel carpets can get really disgusting. The floors here were clean. My only gripe...
