"I might review Vien Dong hotel once before because I had been stayed at this hotel many times. Even though this is a small hotel, I could not find a better places where I feel comfortable ,safe and convenience. In Viet nam, most of the small hotels do not have lifts (elevators); this one has a good one.What I like most at this hotel are the staffs, they are polite,helpful, friendly and ready to smile when asking for their assistants."

"Very friendly and welcoming staff. I rate 5 stars and recommend. The service lady who did our laundry, cleaning, and waste disposal was amazing and hard working. I offered her 100,000 dong, but she declined. She is very humble and hard-working. Cảm ơn Cô!"

"It was a nice property but it was in an area far away from the CBD. It was an area with a lot of Korean food options. But not a lot for Westerners "

"We booked 1 night with plans to book more, we booked a room with 3 beds and they charged us more money on top of what we paid through Expedia, then it was $2 more than Expedia price which they said we couldn’t book through Expedia if we wanted the 3 beds, we agreed to this because of the location and hassle to move, other than this small issue, it was a great stay and the staff was kind and helpful.😀"
