It's getting to the point where I'm just not enjoying them, and now just not that interested in them much anymore. "The hostess initially gave me a room with a king bed initially, didn’t know until we got in the room. Supposed to be 2 queen beds. When I went to change it, she upgraded us to a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa! That was very nice of her! Was also pleasantly surprised to get housekeeping. We only stayed 2 nights! Much better than my last experience at a Wyndham!"

"Had a delightful experience at the Blue Mist! The Manager, Krishna Patel, was extremely courteous and helpful. He made sure our room completely met our expectations, and went above and beyond in making sure our comfort needs were met! The motel is obviously older, but management has also obviously put in much effort to keeping the place looking clean and appealing as much as is practical, so don't let its age discourage you! My wife and I will be planning another trip in this area sometime soon...

"This motel is on the main road (US-60 or Ash Street) but was quiet during the holiday period. It is ideally situated near Hill Street, which goes into the historic district less than a mile away. Fast food is nearby, as is hiking at Round Mountain Park. El Rey is a self-described "vintage motor court" so looks the part outside. But the interior room was large enough, the bed mostly comfortable, the spacious shower always had hot water, and the wall heater worked well, with the usual humming....
